Our flagship GCB project is a stone’s throw away from the famed Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO world heritage site.

The plot was constrained by its irregular perimeter with two setbacks. Nonetheless, we turned these seemingly rebarbative site conditions in our favour by building a yacht-inspired house amid a rich botanical landscape. When completed, it would have 4 massive bedrooms, more than 10,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, a gym, home theatre, work office and a 20-meter pool.
