Taking on our first bespoke turnkey project for a private client, we embarked to develop a luxury residence that flaunts commodious living on sprawling grounds in style. We worked intimately with the client to understand his aesthetic palate and lifestyle, weaving them into the eventual personalized product. When completed, the distinctive residence would feature 6 spacious bedrooms and a veritable home office under the same roof. Beset in landscaped shrubbery, a lap pool that flanks the expansive ground level specially conceptualized for classy soirees is a highlight.
