The plot used to be occupied by an old house that was built below road level. We capitalized on the terrain by literally building 3 houses into it. Architecturally, each house features split-level spaces that descend vertically with scenic vantage points at every elevation. The interior, which is designed to maximize usable area, boasts airy and open spaces.
